When you see “in stock” on our website it means we have the item in stock either a) in our warehouse in Galway or b) in our warehouse in the UK. We advertise our delivery as being normally 2-5 working days to allow us time to ship over stock from our warehouse in the UK and get it to you. We give some of the best prices in Ireland so any item that has been heavily discounted we do ask customers to please allow upto 7-10 working days for that order to reach you. Please get in contact with us if any of this is an issue and we will be happy to cancel and refund you your order if you cannot wait the advertised shipping time frames. We deliver the products through our couriers which are DPD. You will receive an email informing you that your order has been shipped and you will receive updates from DPD when your order is out for delivery.
