Polybutene based sealant for low movement joints
Polybutene based sealant which can be painted 24 hours after application. Excellent adhesion on most construction surfaces. Self-repairing (forms a skin but remains uncured below the skin). For static and low movement joints.

Applications
- Sealing of low movement joints (max. 5%). Butyrub sealant is suitable for joints in masonry, door and window frames, windowsills. sealing of joints in car-bodies, caravans and container construction. Sealing of all openings in roof constructions (i.e., lap sealant for sheet metal roofing)
Instructions
- Apply using a manual or pneumatic caulking gun. Can be painted after 24hrs; the paint should be sufficiently elastic to be applied on an elastic-plastic sealant.
